I had to sand outside for about 30 minutes before someone came to open the door. Then I was told there's no rooms available. This was like 3:00 am , I had my grandchildren in the car. The guy gave us some rooms the TV don't work. The room had bad smell. The one my daughter and the kids was in had roaches , so they stayed in my room with me.

Nothing warning I should get refunded The lamps were tape and cable where out I electrocuted my self with them the sink was plug and had roaches everywhere towels and bed look like they never clean and used poor service and police was around looking for employee that work there plus they were fights in the parking lot with guest I think they deal drug and we were scared to be outside the room

The Red Roof on Zelda Road needs to seriously be investigated and shut down. I have videos to support why I am saying this and I will not stop until something happens. This place should not be open. The massive amount of mildew that was in the room was ridiculous. The sheets were not clean at all, the walls were written on, the door could not be locked so a chair was place in front to keep it close, the towels and rags were extremely filthy. The only thing that was clean in the room was the fitted sheets and we placed our jackets over the pillows to sleep on. I came for a funeral and begged the front desk guy to let us check in early just to change clothes we were willing to pay for it. He said not only checking was at 3. When we got back at 3 he was telling another customer the extra charge was for the early checkin. That was unfair and racist I felt seems as though I was black the other customer was white. I couldn't even use the restroom either. We get there he puts us upstairs even after knowing my mom was disabled and me asking for a downstairs room. The room was horrible so I asked for a refund. He would not and finally gave us a room downstairs that appeared to be cleaner, but still would not refund us so we had no choice but to stay. Me, my disabled mom, and my 5 year old son who has asthma. Because my son started coughing in the middle of the night and me and my mom's lungs felt as though they were suffocating we left in the middle of the night to come back home. They front desk man did not care about anything but not giving us our money back. This place needs to be shut down, torn down, and rebuilt. This is not a place for people to stay.
